At _____________ we are delighted that SEED and SPLAB are teaming up to establish a community radio station for the Rainier Valley. In the past twenty years, radio has become less and less relevant to the lives of people in the valley and woefully inadequate to meet the needs of this community, known by some as the most diverse zip code in the country.
